100 Word Challenge – Week#14
Thank you putting the badge on your blogs! I made a mistake the other day though and some of you have the wrong badge! The one above is the correct one!
When I set the prompt for WEEK #13 in my mind I was thinking of sports day. You have shown me on many occasions that what the prompt gives me, is not always where it takes you! We had some marvellous entries with races, sheriffs, aliens and robbers. Brilliant!
Choosing entries for this week’s showcase was very difficult. I would like to welcome a new class to our writing and they have set a very high standard for themselves! They are Saplings at Braishfield School. Read their first entries HERE

This week we go back to a picture. This is a statue in the Luxemburg Gardens in Paris. It is called ‘Le Prophete’ and it was made by Louis Derbre who is a French sculptor. The sculpture is 6.5 metres high and weighs 12 tonnes.
As usual you have 100 to write a CREATIVE piece prompted by what the picture gives you. Post your entry on your class blog or link straight here. Then go and read some other entries to support other writers. Make sure you read through your work before you post to make sure you have tweaked those little mistakes before sharing it with us all.
So…let’s get thinking and writing!
